Paying Cashless Simply with Pospay

Paying for coffee, groceries, or charity is now easier with Pospay’s cashless payment app. To help share that message, we created a 2D animation marketing campaign that connects with everyday users. The animation features cheerful characters and simple visuals that show how the app works in daily life. It is designed to resonate with both urban and suburban audiences through relatable moments and clear storytelling.

We used Pospay’s vibrant color palette of purple and orange, then expanded it with fresh textures and playful motion. The campaign combines brand consistency with visual creativity, helping the animation feel both friendly and modern.

Our team handled every stage of production, including concept, storyboard, illustration, animation, and final delivery. We kept the message clear and ensured every scene supports the app’s ease of use. This 2D animation marketing campaign helps Pospay communicate their vision of fast, simple, and secure payments anytime and anywhere.

We designed each video in the 2D animation marketing campaign with a unique story to match different daily payment needs. To build stronger connections with the audience, our team focused on creating character-driven animations that reflect the lives of Pospay users in a warm and relatable way.

For the first video, we highlighted the ease of paying zakat through Pospay. We introduced a friendly young woman in a hijab to represent trust, tradition, and the comfort of donating digitally.

Next, in the second video, we explored more lifestyle-driven scenarios such as buying coffee at a cafe or shopping for fashion. The animation features a cheerful barista and a stylish young woman, showing how easy payments can be with QRIS.

Finally, the third video focused on everyday family needs. A father, mother, and young boy take care of electricity payments, demonstrating how Pospay fits naturally into daily family routines.

Throughout the project, we began each story with detailed character sketches and thoughtful environment design. As a result, our concept art helped set the visual tone and ensured each animation stayed grounded, clear, and engaging.
